  • No Refunds.  
  • All Custom Orders are FINAL SALE.

  • SYJ offers a 48 hour replacement on defective items.  Customer must had priority shipping for replacement. We will not honor replacements towards improper care, common wear and tear, discoloration, missing crystals/rhinestones and etc.  Please read our YOUnique Care Policy to properly care for your beads and stones. Customer is responsible for all postage.
  • Customer is responsible for postage in the event that the package returns to us due to address error, if customer is at fault.
  • Customer must contact us by email within the first 1 hour if a problem occurs. VOID after hour. 

    To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until postage fee is confirmed.
